I'm Mari - storyteller, professional permission-giver, and the woman who looked at the coaching industry and said "absolutely the f*ck not."
Here's my story:
For 16 years, I’ve ran a thriving insurance agency. Opened it in 2008 (great timing, right?). Built it successfully. Made money. Won the awards. Checked all the boxes.
And woke up one day realizing I'd built a life that looked great on paper but felt empty as hell.
So I put my team in charge of the agency and became a life coach in 2017.
I started helping women do the thing - go after what they actually want instead of shrinking themselves to fit into boxes that were never meant for them.
Then I saw the coaching industry up close.
The $50K price tags. The culty guru culture. The gatekeeping. Women forced to choose between business coaching OR mindset work OR productivity help - never all of it, because who can afford that?
So in 2024 I revolutionized my practice and created The Crew.
